Dear Mr. Carluccio,

We are honoured that you decided to hold you General Meeting in Santo Domingo on August 5th.

Mr. Andres Santana accepts your invitation with pleasure. However, I have to inform you that Mssrs. Henderson and Claeys will arrive only on August 7. As to Mr. Nelles, I have not heard from him in a long time in spite of my messages and it appears that he will not come to Santo Domingo.

Ms. Teresa Lara is arriving on the 27th and, I am sure will be happy to attend.
